Airtrek overheating

help!!! Airtrek engine overheated the radiator has been repaired, although it looks like engine damage (car still runs) rattling while its accelerating, any advice, suggestions would be appreciated :-)

any suggestions, repair costs etc would help...thanks

Depends on age and mileage of car - might be a good idea to look for a new used car ...

ive heard a good rule of thumb is if the cost to repair car is more than half the value of the vehicle just get rid of it....if tranny and rest of car is still good that bodes for fixing it. last option is an engine swap,again if a used engine and install cost much more than half the cars worth, i'd get rid of car.
