Hello dear Forum Colleagues,

I have finally reached 10 years and 100K Kilometers with my Colt Z30 2007 1.3MPI 95 BHP 4-Door. Now the fun starts as I want to be on the cheap side and do the service by myself.

I am not sure exactly but tried to follow the service manual and I got to the fact that one need to change the Fuel Filter.

But where is that? Just searched like for 1 hour under the bonnet...nothing. Then I searched the internet....but could not find a solid reference to my model.

What should a Colt driver do now? I couldn't even find the actual spare part...

Regards,
Adrian

we cant find a lot of information on the internet for the Colt Z30 models
which is strange because it was produced with odd variants (2004–2012)

my part of the world says the image is the correct fuel filter
for a fuel filter the piping angles look odd

if not in the engine bay or clamped to the fire wall
this filter may be. close to the fuel tank .. under the car....and inline with the fuel pump lines

Thank you xrxaa01!

I could find there this:
"
The fuel tank assembly is installed under the rear seat floor, and includes the fuel tank pump and gauge assembly. Its features are as follows:

The fuel tank is located underneath the rear seats to improve safety at a collision.
A plastic fuel tank is used to reduce weight.
The fuel tank pump and gauge assembly consist of the following components:

Fuel tank pump
Fuel tank gauge unit
Fuel pump pressure regulator <134, 135>
Fuel tank filter assembly <134, 135, 4G1>
Fuel cut-off valve assembly
Two-way valve

"
This is the only reference to a fuel filter I could find in the manual, in the Fuel Supply chapter. Does it mean that one needs to remove the whole fuel tank from the care, uninstall the fuel tank assembly and change the filter?

Guys, is it really that way? I must missunderstand it.
