1992 3000GT VR4 advice

I just purchased a 1992 3000GT VR4 with 30,000 miles. I am new to Mitsubishi cars. Everything on the car is in good shape (garaged for years) except that the Active Aero is not working. I noticed that the former owner scraped the front air dam on those lovely concrete parking blocks a few times. I am imagining that this might have messed something up. I live in Ohio, USA. Can anyone recommend a place to take the car to in order to get this fixed?

You might want to find a garage that specializes in restauration.

They know how to treat a car that has been standing around a long time.

Complete fluid change (engine, trans, diff, brake system), check tank for rust (replace)
Change all filters (engine, trans, tank)
Change tires, check all rubber parts (hoses, mounts, etc.)
Check all plastic parts in engine room for cracks, leaks, etc.

And the list goes on ...

I have no experience with a garage like that. Anyone from the Ohio area that could recommend a good place?
