Bull Bar fitment to 99 Starwagon

Hi All,
I've just joined the forum after using it for info on a couple of things for my van! and it has been a wealth of knowledge!
I'm a proud owner of a 2lt 99 starwagon that i intend to convert into a mini camper for the weekends, I've already fixed a few mechanical faults and it now has it's roadworthy and Rego.

I recently purchased a front bull bar taken of an express thinking that it would be a straightforward fit as these two vans share the same base. but after restoring the bar to almost new condition i decided to have a look underneath to find the mounting points using the lower mounting arms from the bullbar as a guide, but for the life of me i can't see anywhere to bolt them to, there are no coinciding holes or threads on the frame underneath the van!, and my 3 days of google searches have proven unuseful as i can't find any info or photos of the underside of an express, I've even been looking for expresses in the street with a bullbar fitted so i could get a sneak peak underneath! but alas my search has proven unfruitful!

So, does any one know if these are compatible between models (express to Starwagon)? if not, does anyone want to buy a freshly restored bull bar !

Any help would be much appreciated and i will upload some photos of my van soon!

hopefully a member may have a solution

several makers of bull bars out their

for now my input to the question is images only

a 99 may have two part wrap around bracket behind the bumper

or as you see in the images one two and four a 1995 chassis rail mount bracket

express bull bar complete with fittings

1995 star wagon bumper

Thanks Chain Rattle, mine is the model in the first link, with the two legs protruding back with the "L" shaped bracket on the top of them. i would imagine there has to be and adaptor or something to fit it onto the front subframe but i cant find anything in google!
I'll keep you updated!
