I guess to get all the fluid out you have to pull the Torque Converter out,or find a shop with a machine to "vacuum" it out? I have an automatic,& I think the harmonic balancer retains about 6 quarts or so? default/wacko.gif' 'wacko.gif' />

Not to sound like a punk, but gas is getting expensive. Has anyone tried octane booster, and if so how much did they boost the octane?

Hi everyone, It's Bob from Sth Australia. I've got a Mitsu 1979 D50 ute, with the 4G32 1600 carby engine. At the moment It's running the stock column 4 speed, which is driving me nuts! How about a 90km speed limit for a start! So do any Aussies in particular, reccomend a five speed box that bolts straight up to the 4G32, I'm not too worried about matching the tailshaft...

Problem! what could cause the battery going flat within 4 days of a long drive. The car was parked in the garage with every thing turned off and it has gone flat again. The car was bought in Dec 2001 and already we have replaced the battery, now the new one is going flat. Could there be a problem in the electronics which is flatening the battery? or have I come across 2 dud batteries??

Hi,
I recently purchased a UK Registered Mitsubishi Pajero in England, and wish to Register in France.
Has anyone been through the same process, as I am concerned it may be harder than it should be.
Regards,
Chris Miller

Hello everyone.
I wanted to inform all of you to my dealings with a dealership based in Southern California. The dealership is Norco Mitsubishi. Last September, (9/2004) I bought a used Galant from the dealership. The car I purchased had 75,000 miles on it. As many of you are aware, the timing belt needs to be changed around every 60,000 miles. I had asked the sales man if it had...

Hi All,
Brand new to this forum with an urgent question as a potential buyer in Australia.
Looking at four-wheel drive utes (pickups) and thinking about pushing the button on a new Triton GLX-R which looks pretty good on paper and has stacked up well in the test drives. Didn't like the new Toyota HiLux, nor the Holden Rodeo, and it has really come down to the Nissan...

Hello people, I just thought i'd drop a line a say hello to the forum as its my first post. I don't have a mitsubishi at all, I have a peugeot 205, I come on the forum though to find out why the engine produces the power it does though especially the lancer series. I am a huge fan of the lancer though, and would love one, but at the moment my student loan won't strech to it.
