Sup Guys,
I currently have a Pioneer DEH-P8600MP radio head unit in my car. However, What I'm trying to find out is if there is any way I can keep the antenna from raising while playing a cd? Or if I'm listening to the radio then insert a cd I would like the antenna to retract. Is there any way this can be done?
Thanks in advance

[COLOR=blue] I own a 2001 Galante. I recently got it back from the garage and my radio was locked. Instead of reading the manual like I should have I just started pushing buttons and used up my 3 tries of inputting the code. I have the correct code but now the anti theft reads OFF. How can I reset this so I can input the code and get the stereo playing again?

I had my Infinity radio replaced 3 years ago at the dealership becasue the FM was not working. They gave me the code for the first unit which I had to exchange for another one because there was no button to change the time. So the second unit did not come with the new code. Recently I had to get a new battery, now i have no tunes. Can someone help me out?
This is for a 95 Eclipse GST Model MR141228 s/n 57119014c
Thanks in advance.

I recently installed a Panasonic CY-VMD9000U DVD player on my 97 eclipse spyder, the unit's getting juice and has a good ground, however the lights flash on the display, and the unit wont turn on. Im thinking it might be a blown fuse INSIDE the unit, but if that were the case, the unit wouldnt be flashing at all right? If anyone can help i'd greately appreciate it.

Hi, im new to this forum and i hope you guys might be able to help. I have a 2001 shogun lwb equippe 3.2d. My question is, the centre info display in my car is the basic LCD screen (no colour) that gives outside temp, radio, basic heater settings, time and date. - No compass, fuel comnsumption info etc. I am aware that for the vehicle there are 2 other types of centre communiction/info display units, 1 called an RV meter, similar to mine, which has colour and and seperate screens/modes for various vehicle info, and a 2nd model which is the full screen unit which is compatable with the Sat nav, touch screen etc.
Will either of these two units plug-in directly to my wiring harness? i am aware that the sat nav wont operate without the receiver but will they work as regards to A/C/heater settings, vehicle info etc. any information would be useful as mitsubishi seem to be unsure

when I painted it even the speedometer thing and when I put it back in first the signal lights wouldnt work then after i pulled them back out and put them back in they worked but now my dash lights dont work i mean the speedometer where the air conditioner is nothing works I thought it was a fuse but i checked the fuse box under the driver side dash and i checked a fuse box under the hood but i don't know if there is another fuse box or not so does anyone know if there another fuse box or has anyone else had this problem...??...

Hi i just bought my eclipse a while ago and I noticed that my subs do not work and I think they turned on a couple times but thats it. My amp works and Im pretty sure the power to my subs is there because when i put my car to electrical I hear the "thump" on the subs that notifies the power goes to the subs. Is it a problem with the wiring? I have not touched the wires at all since I bought it. What else could it be?

Hello, I am trying to get my information so the dealership can provide the code to unlock my stereo (clutch replacement left the battery off overnight). I pulled the dashboard cover away from the stereo and environment controls and can make out my serial number. But I only see what appears to be a model number on the face of the unit itself (the CD player is separate and below it).
It says "EO47" on the swing opening of the cassette player. Is this the actual model number? If so, then I'm ready to go.

Hello All,
I had the dreaded radio code problem, and the dealer wanted
$60-$80 to get the serial and then get my code.
I got the serial myself and just called about 3 dealers until
I found one willing to give the code over the phone.
fyi, I have a MR490089, the dealer gave me 2 possible codes.
I'll post them here with no garuntee that they will work, also
remember if you enter a wrong code 3 times, you'll get the "off"
on your radio display. There's a solution for that pinned at the
top of this forum.
2 possible codes for a mr490089(based on my serial) 2741, 3963.
One of those unlocked my radio. Will it work for a different serial,
I have no idea. good luck
mittech, I sent you a pm, please ignore(and thanks).

Hi. I have a 2000 eclipse, and my battery went dead. When I got the battery charged up again and started the car, I got in the car and saw that the radio would not work. It says CODE. I guess I need a four digit code for it. I cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know what the code might be? Thanks!

Does anyone have the unlock code for a 2001 Eclipse GS? We just got the car back from the body shop, and they had to disconnect the battery....now the radio is locked out...and I don't have the card with the number. The dealer wants money to get the code for me....and that just sucks. Anyone know one?

How do you remove/move the passenger seat to get access to the power amp? Do you need to remove it or is there a release to slide the seat further back?
Thanks.

I would like to replace both spaces for the radio/CD in my 2003 Eclipse Spyder convertible with a radio that is satellite-ready and/or has auxiliary inputs. So, here's my specifications:
- 2 spaces
- FM/AM
- Multi-CD Player
- Satellite-Ready (so I can choose either XM or Sirius)
- Auxiliary inputs (RCA or stereo jack)
Any suggestions?

Does anyone know how to add RCA inputs to the existing Infinity 912 deck in my 2001 Montero? I has seen many adapters sold for other vehicles that plug into the CD changer, none for the Montero. Is there a universal adapter out there that can be programmed to work? Any help is appreciated.

Hello, everyone!
I recently purchased a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport, but misplaced the stereo security code card. I live in a country where the support for this kind of problem does not exist. I noticed that a previous post provided a couple of numbers, and received a solution to his problem fro
