OK, here's a fun one that I got off of another forum. What you do is you post whatever you want here, it doesn't have to be relevant to ANYTHING. It can be car-related or just plan b.s. I want to see how long we can keep it going and how funny we can make it. On the other forum, it was started in 2002 and is still going!
I will start it off:
So, basically I am stuck at work with nothing to do so I am making something to do.

This is a post that went quite well on another message board and it's fun to. It's a game called 'This or That". Here are the rules.
1) A senario is given and there is a choice "this or that"
2) The first person to answer gets to make a new senario
3) This is not a debate, once the senario is answered, move on and make a new senario.
4) please take the me and read everyone elses answers and senarios, so that they aren't repeated.
5)It can be about absolutly anything.(ie. beer or liquor, turbo or s.c, evo or sti) the fastest response gets it there way and they get to make their own senario. I'll start.

You're probably already aware that we have decided to split this in to two sections.
1. Off Topic - This section will have LITTLE to NO moderation. Flaming will only be tolerated in this section and if you are easily offended this may not be the best part of the board for you. With that said, racial slurs still are NOT tolerated anywhere on this board. Topics still may be moved to more suitable locations if the need presents itself.
2. On Topic - This section will have moderation just like any other part of the board. Refer here:

there seems too be some confusion as too the definition of ricer...
Ricer:
A person who makes unecessary modifications to their most often import car (hence the term "rice") to make it (mostly make it look) faster.
The most common modifications are (but not limited to):
- Huge exhaust that serves no purpose but to make the car louder
- Large spoiler on the back that looks like something Boeing made for the 747
- Lots of after-market company stickers they don't have parts from, but must be cool
- Expensive rims that usually cost more than the car itself
- Bodykit to make the car appear lower, usually accented with chicken wire
- Neon lights under and or in the car
- Clear tail lights and corner signals
- A "performace intake"- a tube that feeds cold air to their engine usually located in areas of excessive heat (behind or on top of the engine)
- Most of these riced cars (a.k.a. rice rockets or rice burners) are imports; Honda Civics, Accords, Integras, CRXs, RSXs, Del Sols Mitsubishi Eclipses, Lancers, Subaru Imprezas, however there are some domestics such as Chevrolet Cavaliers, Dodge Neons, Ford Focus; small, slow, economy cars designed specifically to go slow. Please note that some Supras, Skylines, WRX's and Mitsubishi EVO's are designed to go fast, and are therfore not always considered rice. It really depends on the severity of the case.
The "ricer" attempts to make their car "performance" by adding the modifications listed above. These ricers are not confined to any one ethnic group or color, however different ethnic groups are known for certain styles.
Honda Civics with big spoilers and 4" exhaust tips are considered to be ricers.
more examples--
"RalliArt" badging on a Honda
"Evolution" badging and bodykit attempt on 1989 Mirage
"Neuspeed" badging on 1997 Lumina
"Type-R" badge and 5" exhaust tip on 1980s Civic Wagovan
Double spoiler, 18" rims and Type-R badge on Geo Metro
Type-R badge on Ford Probe
anybody else?

This is for you fellow "americans"
Now I hope i'm not coming across as a biggot or a racist. I like you guys and thats why i'm here. Now I have lived in 4 different countries in 3 different continents for atleast 4 years each, except for the United States, thats my third year here. Needless to say i have visited at least 15 different countries in this world, a lot of which are third-world countries. Now, most of you should know that this is the only country in the world that doesnt not have "socialistic" medicine, or what free and universal health care of some sort, and I know a lot of you guys take pride in that. I have been through enough of the medical system in america to basicaly complain, but today, i was very surprised. I had to take my gf to the emergency room, she is uninsured because she is unemployed and a student. Forget about the money part. We've complained enough about that. I just wanted you all ignorant people to know, that you should be ashamed of yourself for defending the worst worst health care system that i have experienced in my whole life. I have been in hospitals in West africa that had 1000 times better service that this place. I didnt take her to a over crowded hospital or a bad one, matter of fact one of the most reputable ones in the area. We had to wait 4 hours before she got admited. The nurses made me walk for 3 minutes to get a wheel chair. She had to sign over 5 different papers, before they admited her.. i had to run back to my car to get her I.D before she got in.. and as soon as she was injected with a pain reliever, another person came with more paper work. We had to meet with a financial counselor before she even got a "Get well". You people should be ashamed of your system. Yeah, you can always say that we had one bad experience. No, i never had a good one, this one was just terrible. But lets put aside the wait, and the attitude.. How can you make people sign papers and ask them about their address, social security number when she was in so much pain.. I almost punched the front desk guy, no wonder they had more security than doctors. Your health care system is pathetic, and you should do something about it, and you can start by shutting the fuck up when someone who has better experience tell you what a terrible system you have. We're not trying to put you down, we want you to open your minds up so you can have a better quality of life.

Hey all, Im from western PA and im just wonderin, has any one else seen these "Sleepers".
Pretty much its a rich boy goes and does a litttle rice, then throws an intake, small yet obnoxious exhaust and calls it "high performance.
and does anyone have a story about this.
One time i was at the local diner, some kid rolls up in a civic. He gets out and starts shoutin something along "that dsm pos, i could outrun that without trying"
needless to say i tell him pop the hood and i just hear "what you wanna race you little punk" i check, stock intake, stock pullies, completelly stock.
all he did was put a hood scoop on it, and didnt cut a hole for the air to go anywhere.
oh and he put a spoiler on it, assumin he angled it right it will keep his rear wheels planted when hes going 160 miles an hour lol

I was just wondering if there were any spots in the higher administration for this forum.
Honestly everytime i have a question and need an answer quick SRSONE is the first one on top of it.
Plus when there was a scuffle this morning he acted in a calm adult manner to try to diffuse the situation.
He might be a dick to me (all the time)

but all in all hes a good guy that knows his boundaries and treats everyone fair.
Treats everyone fair: If he knows he can joke around with you, he will.
If you tell him to stop he probably would...
Just some food for thought.Anyone agree with me?(He didn't pay me to say this, just offered to work on my car for free. Kidding.... I did this topic/post on my own free will...)

At the end of the tax year, the IRS office sent an inspector to audit
the books of a local hospital.
While the IRS agent was checking the books he turned to the CFO of the
Hospital and said, "I notice you buy a lot of bandages. What do you do
with the end of the roll when there's too little left to be of any use?"
"Good question," noted the CFO. "We save them up and send them back to
the bandage company and every now and then they send us a free box of
bandages."
"Oh," replied the auditor, somewhat disappointed that his unusual
question had a practical answer.
But on he went, in his obnoxious way. "What about all these plaster
purchases? What do you do with what's left over after setting a cast on
a patient?"
"Ah, yes," replied the CFO, realizing that the inspector was trying to
trap him with an unanswerable question. "We save it and send it back to
the
manufacturer, and every now and then they send us a free package of
plaster."
"I see," replied the auditor, thinking hard about how he could fluster
the know-it-all CFO.
"Well," he went on, "What do you do with all the leftover foreskins from
the circumcisions you perform?"
"Here, too, we do not waste," answered the CFO. "What we do is save all
the little foreskins and send them to the IRS Office, and about once a
year
they send us a complete dick."

Here, with all your combined knowledge, could ya not get a 3000gt shell, doctor it, fit one of those engines, fit new running gear and make the ultimate GTO? cos i did it to an old mini shell with a 1300 suziki hyabusa bike engine for oval grass racing over here. Would it work? Keep thinking this. The bigger and more stupid the better. How u think we ended up with F1 & Indy cars?

I used to work with a guy that was so full of shit it wasn't funny. That is, until he opened his mouth. He always tried to one-up anyone he could. So here's a list of his accomplishments:
His trailer house was appraised for $60,000 more than what he bought it for ten years ago! Wow!
His dryer generates electricity and cut his electric bill in HALF! It was suggested by another co-worker that he get another one and eliminate his electric bill altogether.
His brother is a hacker and his dad programmed a virus that can literally fry your computer. Up in flames! OMG!
His other brother is a sniper and had Osama Bin Laden in his sites but the government wouldn't give him the OK to pull the trigger.
He had a new one every day. Hard to believe this guy was one of the best fuel systems technicians L-3 Communications/Integrated Systems had to offer.

In honor of the 44th President of the United States , Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream has introduced a new flavor: "Barocky Road" . Barocky Road is a blend of half vanilla, half chocolate, and surrounded by nuts and flakes. The vanilla portion of the mix is not openly advertised and usually denied as an ingredient. The nuts and flakes are all very bitter and hard to swallow. The cost is $100.00 per scoop. When purchased it will be presented to you in a large beautiful cone, but then the ice cream is taken away and given to the person in line behind you who didn't have the money to buy ice cream. You are left with an empty wallet and no change, holding an empty cone with no hope of getting any ice cream. Are you stimulated?

A friend of mine throw a few parties every month or so. We usually have a keg or two, or a batch of **** killer koolaid or pink pantie droppers.
Recently I have been on the lookout for something to bring in a little more profit and thought of everclear.
Usually we use svedka as the vodka in a big batch of party juice. About 20 bucks for a 1.75 but only 80 proof.
Has anyone tried mixing everclear in a big batch of juice. I'm trying to get people drunk but the cheapest way possible. And beer doesn't always cut it so we like to keep a keg n a bowl to chose from.
So does anyone know of a good vodka to mix thats cheap. Not gordans of fleishmanns. And does everclear work as you need a smaller dose?

-Jury Duty Scam! Pass this on to your grown children.
This has been verified by the FBI (their link is also included below). Please pass this on to everyone in your email address book. It is spreading fast so be prepared should you get this call. Most of us take those summonses for jury duty seriously, but enough people skip out on their civic duty, that a new and ominous kind of fraud has surfaced..
The caller claims to be a jury coordinator. If you protest that you never received a summons for jury duty, the scammer asks you for your Social Security number and date of birth so he or she can verify the information and cancel the arrest warrant. Give out any of this information and bingo; your identity was just stolen.
The fraud has been reported so far in 11 states, including Oklahoma , Illinois , and Colorado . This (swindle) is particularly insidious because they use intimidation over the phone to try to bully people into giving information by pretending they are with the court system. The FBI and the federal court system have issued nationwide alerts on their web sites, warning consumers about the fraud.
Check it out here:
http://www.fbi.gov/page2/june06/jury_scams060206.htm And here:
http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/juryduty.asp Yep! It's true
Please make sure and pass this on!

Heres the deal. I have quite a few of the game pieces... i am of course, missing the last(in order of the board) of each of the groups.
Mediterranean Avenue
Short Line
Vermont Avenue
Virginia Avenue
Tennessee Avenue
Kentucky Avenue
Ventnor Avenue
Pennsylvania Avenue (Rare)
Boardwalk (Rare)
If anyone has any of these, I will split whatever the prize is with you 50/50, or even 40/60 (60 for you). There are two reasons for this:
A.) Its hard to win by yourself
B.) I cannot technically play as my fiance is a McD's Store Manager

Windows NT is a Microsoft Windows personal computer operating system designed for
Web Design Company and businesses needing advanced capability. NT's technology is the base for the Microsoft successor operating system, Windows 2000. Windows NT (which may originally have stood for "New Technology," although Microsoft doesn't say) is actually two products: Microsoft NT Workstation and Microsoft NT Server. The Workstation is designed for users, especially business users, who need faster performance and a system a little more fail-safe than Windows 95 and Windows 98. The Server is designed for business machines that need to provide services for network-attached computers. The Server is required, together with an Internet server such as Microsoft's Internet Information Server (IIS), for a Windows system that plans to serve Web pages.
Windows NT Server: The NT Server is probably the second most installed network server operating system after Novell's NetWare operating system. Microsoft claims that its NT servers are beginning to replace both NetWare and the various UNIX-based systems such as those of Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard. NT Server 5.0. Essentially became what was renamed Windows 2000. Notable features of the Windows 2000 products are: A fully-customizable administrative console that can be based on tasks rather than files, applications, or users, A new file directory approach called Active Directory that lets the administrator and other users view every file and application in the network from a single point-of-view, Dynamic Domain Name Server (DNS), which replicates changes in the network using the Active Directory Services, the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and the Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) whenever a client is reconfigured, The ability to create, extend, or mirror a disk volume without having to shut down the system and to back up data to a variety of magnetic and optical storage media. A Distributed File System (DFS) that lets users see a distributed set of files in a single file structure across departments, divisions, or an entire enterprise. Close integration with and support for Microsoft's Message Queue Server, Microsoft Transaction Server, and Internet Information Server (IIS). Windows 2000 (W2K) is a est commercial version of Microsoft's evolving Windows operating system. Previously called Windows NT 5.0, Microsoft emphasizes that Windows 2000 is evolutionary and "Built on NT Technology." Windows 2000 is designed to appeal to small business and professional users as well as to the more technical and larger business market for which the NT was designed.

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.

I responded to your senseless rambling In defense to your mockery of my brethren.
And just to let you know, since you brought it up, Ive never not got a 300 on the PFT, and Im a three time rifle expert. so kiss my ass.

I sold my slow-ass eclipse and bought a bimmer. Before I bought this car I thought that bimmers
were for rich kids and were extremely overpriced. Boy was I wrong. The cost of the upgrade was
relatively cheap for the gains. It also was showing gains not only on the dyno but also in cosmetics
and drivability and reliability. It also changed to drivetrain to RWD! But seriously for and of you
who think that a turbo 420a or and FI 420a will satisfy you, you are seriously mistaken. I am
already getting tired of my 328i now. Next step is to buy an M3 and then turbo it, the RIGHT way.

I kept getting virus alerts from there. They said they were aware of it. I guess somebody with Avast flagged them. Now they are blocked for me (and I assume everyone with Avast?). I know I'm not the only one here that also checks that site. It may not be Avast blocking it now that I clicked on some links from the warning.

Hey, I had an idea for a forum COMPLETELY unrelated to this forum, or anything even remotely similar. I was wondering, if anyone has any experience, what better place to look than on a forum?!?
I would like to know how to get started, what is needed, and what is the best? Where to go, what to use, what to know and stuff like that as far as creating a forum from scratch. Getting the name out there and getting ppl to use it won't be a problem. I don't want to reveal too much here because I wanna be the one to do it damnit! I will say it's related to "investigation". Not spying or anything, just a certain type that fits a certain niche. lol any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

either msg me your email or post it here
lockerz.com
1. What is Lockerz: Lockerz is an invitation-only website created to connect members through commerce, content and community. Watch exclusive video, discover new music, play games, connect with friends, and get rewarded for it. The more often you visit, the more opportunities you have to earn PTZ (or “Pointz”), Lockerz’ own form of currency. Lockerz was founded in March, 2009.
2. What types of products can be purchased at Lockerz: Members will be able to purchase a wide range of products from apparel, accessories, electronics, games, sports equipment and other products from hundreds of well known brands. Members will also be able to purchase digital assets such as music, videos, art, and decals.
3. Is Lockerz a scam: Lockerz is a real company. It is funded by Liberty Media, one of the largest media companies in the US. The Chief Executive Officer of Lockerz is Kathy Savitt, a former executive at Amazon.com and American Eagle Outfitters.
4. Why is Lockerz giving away prizes at low levels on PTZ Place: First, we just want to thank you for getting involved at the very beginning. You rock. Plus, you’re helping us build the coolest group of brand trendsetters every time you invite friends to Lockerz...but you probably knew that. And finally, we want you to try out the different PTZ levels to get a taste of how everything will work when we go live this fall. This version of the PTZ Place is a test for us to figure out what you like, what we like, and how together we can make Lockerz unbelievable when it officially launches.
5. Why is everything “Fresh Out” in PTZ Place: We are “fresh out” because the overwhelming early response to Lockerz blew right through our initial inventory. We will re-stock PTZ Place with new items starting this Friday, August 14.
6. Why aren’t people receiving invites: The overwhelming early response to Lockerz has occasionally maxed out our capacity to send email invitations. We are still in a beta learning phase. We are adding capacity every day. You should now be able to send and receive invites successfully. Invites that you already entered into the system should have been sent by now. You still may not be able to invite friends directly through Facebook. We are working really hard to fix that fast.
7. Will Lockerz ship internationally: Once Lockerz begins selling products this fall, we will ship to many countries outside the US (check back at launch time for a complete list).
8. When will I get my Z-List t-shirt: Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
9. How many accounts can I have: Members are entitled to one account per person. Each person within a household can have their own account.
10. I want to play the game again, but can’t: The game is a one-time-only way to earn bonus PTZ when you first join Lockerz.
11. How will Lockerz make money: Starting this fall, you will be able to purchase products at Lockerz. But don’t worry, PTZ Place will still be around, with way more prizes and experiences than there are now. Members will be able to earn PTZ every time they buy, watch, play, share, invite friends, or simply show up on Lockerz. PTZ will be redeemable for both products and experiences.

I guess everybody forgot this is what the GTO WAS going to look like but as everyone knows they killed Pontiac

But I hafta ask, Is it me or does this GTO look like the Camaro???
If I were the CEO at GM I would have stayed the course with the GTO!
Oh yea here's a car to wet ya whistle! The torque numbers make me sweat just thinking about what it would be like to ride in a beast like her!
This car is a Goddess on paper!
