can you drop in a 6g75 in a 3000gt. that would be bad ass a 3.8L then you can bore it out to like a 4.3L and then turbo good god that would be a bad mother
and i was wondering what do 94 vr4 top out at and what times do they run on 1/4

I need to replace both regulators w/motors. I ordered them on line from parts geeks but they don't fit per my mechanic because the production date is 6/96 and the ones they stock from TSK only go through 2/96
Can anyone direct me where to find the right parts? Also how do I locate the parts numbers?

I have a 1995 SL 5-speed, and I’ve been having something weird happen when shifting to 4th.
Occasionally, when I shift into 4th and begin to release the clutch, it grinds and pops back to neutral. I can try over and over, but it will NOT shift into 4th, until I shift into another gear first. Most of the time it’s great though.
The only other ehh is it doesn’t...

I currently own a 95 3000GT base. I know the CAI is a no brainer, but I was wondering about the injectors. What would happen if I replaced the stock injectors with Denso 450CC injectors. What other modifications would have to be made (if any) if these were installed. I've looked over the forum, but I really havn't found an answer to this.

I just picked up a very nice 1993 3000GT SL. I was wondering what kind of relatively cheap upgrades can be done to gain a few horses. I know on my 79 corvette just doing intake and exhaust gave me some noticeable power increases. What kind of upgrades can I do on this 3000gt to pick up some cheap power? OK I have a 1992 VR-4. Sometimes when i start it, it idles low, sputters, and seems like its going to die and sometimes it does. When i try to rev it it does a little but its barely any response. Anyone in NJ able to Reset my 1994 3000GT's SRS Light?
The Dealers want $100.00 , but won't reset it unless they also fix something....
The previous owner said that the SRS light would come on at least once

Hi everyone, someone I work with is thinking about selling his 3000GT VR4, and he’s not really sure what’s a realistic value for it. It’s a red,97 3000GT VR4, with 43,000 miles, has been garage kept and not driven winters, and looks really clean. The KBB book value is $11K, but that doesn’t really seem like enough for a car that is essentially a collector car with low miles.

I have had my 1991 mits 3.0 GTO NON TURBO for 5 years but since having a immobiliser fitted and now disconnected a year ago my car keeps cutting out when its hot and have to let it cool down for ten mins before it will start again ...but then will only drive for about 10 mins before cutting out again and again and again until it wont start!!!!

I’ve been reading up on water methanol injection, and I like everything I’ve seen. Has anyone built their own system for the 3000GT, and if so could you share info on what you did?
I have a factory ECU, and I’m planning to stick with that. Will that manage things ok / automatically? From what I’ve read, that’s the safer way to go, because if you have everything tuned...

ok just a really weird question.. for the back wipers of the 93 GTO which is the button for it? my guess is that its the button under the wipers bar with the "int" (interval) on it.. i kno this is a really noob question but i would like to think that im stupid and dunno where the button is because if not then its an electrical problem and electrical problem = $$$$...

Met this guy the other day who was really interested in my VR-4, not the first time somebody has been impressed and asked 1000 questions about it, but he suggested a good way to clean off all the dirt and crap under the hood would be to spray WD-40 all over, obviously being careful and covering the electrical wires, and then hosing it down. He said as long as I keep the engine running everything...

Does anyone know what or if theres any differences between the 2.5l dohc motor and the 3.0l dohc motors? both are n/a of course and the 3.0l is out of a stealth and i have now a 2.5l dohc mitsu motor.
is there any difference at all that i need to swap over from the 3.0l to the 2.5l? and what timing belt should i use or will the 3.0l work fine?

In my 95 3000 GT the dome light works great if I press the "on" button. It turns off if I press the "off" button. Great. But, the other button, "auto" I guess, doesn't seem to work. I open the driver side door and the passenger side door and nothing. Is there a seperate fuse for the door switches somewhere?

My 1995 3000 GT has what I believe is an ODB II diagnostic port under the driver side dash. It’s where the port is on every other car… I hooked up my ODB II reader, and the reader powers up. Pulled the old spark plugs out and put in new ones, befor i was also haveing the trouble of the boost guage reading full all the time i hear clicking sounds from the MFI and Fuel Pressure Solinoids as well as some other things. the Engine started a bit better but the went back to doing its old thing of reading full boost and puttering out b/c of the full boost.

So its time to replace my stock BOV and i was just looking for a little help on this. Of course anything will be better than the stock one I have. Iv heard a lot of people like the
