Hey guys....I can't find anyone here in the states that sells a clutch kit for a 92-96 Lancer that came with a 4D68T diesel in it. I waited a whole month for Rock Auto to ship me a $179 clutch kit all the way from England, only to find out it wasn't even close to being the right one. The inscriptions on the old clutch plate are Exedy Unity Clutch 2E27. I tried searching on Exedy's US and foreign websites to no avail. I'm guessing this is a Japanese only part? Anyone know where I can get another like this one? Is there a retailer that sells parts directly from Japan?

NOS Energy Drink is hosting a make up meet for the IFO event that was rained out last October 4th. The make up meet will be on Sunday, November 22nd, 2009 from 11am to 5pm at State Capitol Raceway near Baton Rouge, Louisiana ( www.StateCapitolRaceway.com ).

This meet is NOT a lifestyle event, car show, or drag contest with national points racers. There is no competition for “best paint” or fastest car on the strip. Instead, this is a meet for the local, grass roots Import community to cruise out, see each others’ cars, and socialize in a laid back, safe, controlled atmosphere without having to worry about getting run off by the Police. Attendees can even test their cars on the drag strip any time throughout the meet! For those wanting to make test passes, the track will be fully prepped! Expect to hit some of your best times on this winter day.

There will be a $10 admission fee to help pay for meet expenses (venue rental, security, etc.) but if you have a rain voucher (blue arm band # 49k - 50k) from the Oct. 4th IFO, it will be honored at the front gate for free admission.

We will meet up at the AMF bowling ally on Jonestown Rd no later than 10:00am (811 Jonestown Rd Winston Salem, NC 27103) after that we will leave out and grab some breakfast at 10:30pm and then head towards the mountain at 11:00am
We will be lodging at the Phillips Hotel its a cabin on the main road the prices are fair

There is 16 motel rooms, 6 efficiencies, one apartment, and several cottages available. Motel room rates range from $40.00 a night and up. The efficiences with full kitchens start at $60.00 a night. 3 bedroom cottages starting at $125.00 a night. Each room has cable TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Rooms with single, double, and king beds available.

If ya own a turbo lancer that's cool. I feel us regular Lancer guys get left out and snubbed cuz we don't gotz da m4d turb0 sp00lz . Anyways, I just bought my lancer last week. 2007 Lancer ES.

I am looking for a top notch tuner/mechanic in Nashville for my 1992 3000GT VR4. The one and only Mitsubishi dealer int he greater Nashville area is, to put it politely, less than helpful... or capable. Any references would be greatly appreciated.

I asked a friend why there were no DSM events or meets in/around Charlotte. He said "Because nobody in/around Charlotte drives DSMs."

C'mon, people. Don't bullshit me. I saw three today and I only drove ten miles. It's about damn time we get the DSM love poppin' around here.

I know some of you must be close to Charlotte. And I know some of those must be rocking DSMs. This forum has 53,000 members and it's growing every day.

Just wanted to let y'all know about our newest acquisition to the shop.... It was announced at Import Face Off that Corr Performance now has the first and only AWD dyno in Louisiana. We grew tired of seeing the AWD owners left out and leaving the state to go some where to get tested and tuned. So here u go guys. Hope to see some of u guys out there.

Details of the grand opening date will be announced in 2 weeks time. We should be doing a dyno day on the release of the dyno to the market along with the EPIC fajitas that big papi makes.
