1991 magna tr manual (australian model) 4 cylinder- I have owned this baby for 4 years and am looking at replacing the ecu (engine control unit? computer) for the second time. It cost me $700 last time. I was specifically told that the warranty was for 12 months- and it probably lasted 2 years.
Is there anything that makes these things screw up?
Without a repair...

Just wondering if anyone knows some good websites or places that sell lancer body kits (i own an 01 model). I'm currently looking at this site:
Although they have a limited range, also what are your thoughts on these products, and how much (roughly) would it cost to get them painted. (I know its hard to assume without knowing details etc, just a price range)

Hi everyone!
My dearest 1999 MK dual cab Triton just got rolled over. It is very heart-breaking since I got it only 2 months ago.
I wonder if anyone can help me by suggesting an inexpensive way to restore it. The damaged parts are:
- smashed roof
- smashed guards
- windscreens and windows
- deformed bonnet.
The guy from smash repairs said it...

Hi All,
I have a 94 TS Magna V6 Auto. Just had a full service and tune up etc etc It previosuly had an idling problem, it was running too low and conked out at traffic lights, when parking and was just all round annoying.
Took it in and they diagnosed it as the Idle Speed Control motor being faulty. They replaced it and reset the base idle. Now however, it seems to be...

Hi All,
I used to own a Sigma GE ( oz model ) but my dad brought a brand new 1982 Sigma 2.6 litre . At the time here in Australia, TV commercials were promoting the Sigma as the big 4 , it was on many of the TV ads shown running around a oval race track.
The car was white and had the red mitsubishi Logo on the bonnet, with red pinstripping. This particular car featured a huge...

G'Day, I am the proud owner of an '03 LS Outlander, with a few of my own off-road tweaks. Looking to discuss the merits of this little 4Bie with other who own one too.
I am also searching (in vain thus far) for a workshop manual, or at the very least a wiring diagram.
So drop me a line and let's chat about the Outties!
By the way, you can see some pix...
