I am having a power drain on my 1995 Mighty max. I just replaced the battery and alternator. After that I was charging at 13.5 but now am only charging at 12.5 and if I don't run the truck for a day or two I have a dead battery. Also the truck wants to idle down to shuddering then picks back up after a few seconds. I have a trickle charger mounted to the battery and that seems to keep me going...

I've had my 2006 Triton for about a month now... changed the wheels from the stock to 20 inch wheels... the ride height is stock and i thought about taking one leaf suspension off from the rear to maximize comfort... i was just wondering, how could i mod it too make the ride more pleasant???

My 2007 L200 Sportero 4WD 2.5 DiD came with Continental 245/70R16 tyres.They are hopeless on anything other then tarmac.Traction on muddy unpaved roads is next to nothing.All four wheels spin about uselessly on even a grassy incline.Can any of you experienced users suggest a replacement tyre and would that help?

I actually own a GTO but I have a customer who has a 2002 Warior L200 that he wants to lower and we can not find ANYTHING anywhere about lowering it as most people want to raise them.

He doesnt want to go the air bag route and I am guessing a simple lowering block on the rear end may sort that part out but what about...

I have a 89 Mitsubishi Triton ute. A couple of weeks ago the right hand blinker started flashing quicker than the left. Now none of the blinkers or hazard lights work at all. All other lights etc appear to be ok.

I was thinking it might be the flasher relay. Does this sound about right to you guys? If so, where abouts would it be located and is it an easy job to replace....

Can someone tell me if the diff lock on the front axal is surposed to lock itself when 4wd low is selected ? I cant find a switch that would lock it so I presume it is an automatic function, if so then mine does not work, the diff does not lock and the light on the dash does not light either ? thanks for any idears.

General oddball question from mr n00b here.

Missus keeps backing my 200 into stuff and breaking rear lenses, anyone got any ideas where i can get light guards for my 1992 l200.?

Please help,the light guard option seems fav and the dinners are excellent (unlike the cost of new rear lamp lenses ! ).

Was told to check the boost pressure as this being to high causes the injection pump to retard thus causing a feeling of lost power!

I have a 2001 L200 with about 50k miles on it and it has recently started sputtering when idling and getting smoky particularly on startup. The engine light sometimes comes on and I loose alot of power - presumably this is the engine protecting itself.
I took it to a main dealer hear in Auckland and they charged me NZ$800 for new glow plugs, they also claimed to have adjusted the waste...
