Do the evo's run into many problems because I had a volkswagen and the car would have a lot of problems, what I'm asking is do they hold up well and dont have any serious problems. I just got my first Evo, the 2005 Evolution IX GT 2 weeks back, and am still learning about the overall car. My previous car was a 2002.5 VW Passat 1.8T tuned to 275 bhp at the crank, and is a far cry from the Evo.

The Evo GT sold in Singapore (at least from my importer) is a standard-spec model with no S-AYC, but has the ACD, vortex generator, 5-speed...

I own a 1996 Lancer 1.3 GLI, with a nice but (in my opinion) too simple look. So I started to look for body parts (bumpers, skirts, spoilers etc).

Someone said something which I really hope it's true. His statement: "You can fit the bumpers, skirts and spoiler from a EVO IV on this Lancer model".

Evo IX is officially released in japaneses showrooms as of the 3rd march.Their are three versions offered in japan,gsr,gt and rs.The gsr has Full-time
electronically controlled 4wd 6 speed while rs+gt have full time 4wd and a five speed.All models use the 4g63 engine now with mivec.

Hey, my girlfriend has an '04 EVO VIII, she just put the K&N Intake on, with the Turbo XS Type-H BOV. It has a weird sound to it. doesn't have the normal sound a BOV makes (the tssshhhhh). just wondering if anyone has this combination, or had a similar problem.
