I got a 2.4 petrole grandis.
there are few things about it i want to mention.
it got a good raod grip, and better off road drive. but it did not got good power to get a proper accelration. second thing i feel...... the back seets need little more low or more adjusted so that ur head should get more space from the roof.
Mechanically it is sound no need to go to workshop.

please can someone help me i have this light on the dash when i spoke to a mechanic i know he said it was water in the fuel tank i asked him where i could locate the petrol draiage plug he didnt know which makes me unsure of his mechanical ability please has any 1 had this problem before

went to use indecators and they didnt work ........... then tryed hazzards they flashed once and dont work now either.......... when you lock and alarm car they still flashed now they dont flash for that either my hand book is not in english ............ does anyone know were the indecator relay is in the fuse box i have one fuse box in foot well and one under the bonnet i am at my witts end ...

Hi i have a spacewagon 2.4gdi 2000.
It has been in the garage twice as it has lost power drinking petrol and loud ticking noise from engine.
The noise has been cured but still have the issue of power and petrol.
Getting very few miles to the gallon.
It has had the fuel sensor rebuilt and also redex.
car has only done 42k
any advise helpful

I've observed few times when my fuel is at low level (almost alarm) & idling...my car emmit some bluish smoke. But when i fill up the tank full...after few laps on the road, the bluish smoke dessipate. Smae thing happen when stopping at traffice light...quite a lot of blue smoke when start ramping the car away...

I dont know anyone who experience the same problem like me out...

Got a starwagon 4G64 in for a timing belt change. Whats involved and a typical cost in Sydney? Its a bit late now as I had a discussion with the garage about it and have got that sinking feeling like I'm being taken for a ride.

At a guess its the following:
all belts - is there a silent shaft belt seperate?
crankshaft bearing oil...

does anyone have a DIY guide or tips to getting access to the stock stereo in the mitsu grandis (for connecting rca cables for an amp)? i also want to find out how to route a power cable (for the amp) through the firewall to the battery. appreciate any inputs.
