Just bought an old L300 with 195R14 (I think that's the right radius) off-road tyres.
Does anyone know what pressure I should be running them on. The van is rear wheel drive, but the weight (engine) is over the front and the two front tyres (which I've got at around 38psi) look like they're really under inflated.

Hello guys, I still have a 1986 L300 4wd , one of the last 1980/1986 production.
She has a 4g63 2.0 SOHC and 160 000 km .
I just purchased it,
and the previous owner did not know if the timing belts where replaced and when. So, I intend to replace them, when I have time.
I wonder if the pistons may hit the valves in case the timing belts brake.
I remember a...

Is it possible to fit a later model power steering set up into my 84 L300? Love my car, but the steering is so heavy! An idea of cost, what model to use for the steering gear, and any other info much appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Hello all, first post here as a newbie. Decided - after reading through the posts - that my dear old L300 deserves a complete face lift. She has a few decents dents, but is mechanicallly great. Has a reco engine with about 45K on it, and is maybe starting to blow a little smoke, but otherwise is great.
I would really like to see a few pics of what others have done to their vans please....

Hi everyone,
As per title,
I have a 1990 L300. My (colum change) shifter is "sloppy" (i.e: goes into gear not a worry, but theres alot of play in the gear lever). Just wondering if anyone here, could tell me how to remedy this problem. Its the first Mitsi I've ever owned, and I know nothing at all about it ...

Hi ,
I' have a L300 4WD 2.0 equiped with the 4G63 carb. 2.0.

My power steering pump is out of order,
and I try to find one on the internet.
So, I desperately need the misti part number for this one....

Recently my wife rolled our 97 3.5 GDI Pajero and it looks like it may be a write off. While I'm a fan of the truck my family is outgrowing its limited internal space. I need a 4WD and seven seater and am considering a Delica or Spacewagon van. Can those in the know please tell me the pros and cons of the van and what is the most desirable year/model/engine to get please?
Thanks,...

My 1993 Express 4wd has, in addition to the normal oil pressure warning light, a similar looking one but with a wavy line under the oil can as if indicating a liquid. What's that warning light for?
Thanks.

Can anyone help my space gear will stall after approx 1 mile ,if left to warm up for 10 mins it will not do it and once restarted it is fine .There is a bit of smoke when restarted but i think that is excess fuel ,it runs fine once it has done this with no power problems and no smoke .The garages who have looked at it have no idea .

Hey, guys, the fuse box cover on my family's 1991 Delica Exceed is in Japanese, and, well, none of us know Japanese so I was wondering if there might be anyone out there who could give us a translation... I've included a picture of the fuse box cover in the attachment, it has good resolution so I think it'll be legible...
