I have just baught a 1991 L300 4x4, on of the first things I would like to do is fix up some little rusty spots to hold back the tide. BUT once Im done I would love to hear some suggestions on the best manner in which to stop or slow any further rust from spreading.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello - I own a 1996 Mistubishi Delica Space Gear and I need to install a new radio in the dash. But I can't do it unless I have a wiring diagram showing what wires go where. Can someone help me out? I am stuck and can't do anything unless I know what wire on the old radio goes where.

Hi Ken, thanks so much for posting all the great info. I have a quick question regarding 1983 L300 4wd steering bellcrank bushes. Are you aware of why the nolathane repalcement bushes for a 1983 4wd are to big for my bellcrank? Was there more than one bellcrank setup around this year? Any info would be much appreciated. Cheers, Iain Gover

Hi everyone,
My partner just bought a 1990 L300 express 4wd. The rain gutters are very rusty. It appears the roof is a double skin, which I presume is the reason for the common rust problem. Any suggestions on how to fix it. Is the outer skin available as a replacement (oem or aftermarket). Or should I hound the local wreckers looking for a good replacement body. We do have a mig welder...

I am having a problem with my Delica Starwagon Diesel Turbo. When the engine is kept at a fairly low rev range (around 2000rpm) the temperature stays fairly low. However, when I put the foot down a bit further and the turbo kicks in the water temperature starts climbing rapidly towqrds the top of the scale. Hi Folks
I'm new here but have a 1991 MWB express van (petrol/manual/no A/C) that has developed a problem since I've installed a CD player - not sure if that has any bearing on the problem though. The park lights/tail lights, dash lights and horn are all on F3 which blows as soon as I turn the lights on. The horn works OK though if I replace the fuse and don't use the lights....

The gear changes are extrmely sloppy/vague on my L300. I was told I needed to replace the bush on the crossshaft assembly. Can anyone tell me if these bushes are available (in Australia), and where/how I might get one? I gather I could have one made up but I'd rather have one ready to fit when I dismantle the assembly.
