Just like the topic say, how do you loosen the crank pulley on an ATX?

My brother-in-law and I have been trying everything we can think of on how to loosen it but the thing just keeps on spinning.. The only thing that we haven't done is using an impact wrench.. Is there any other way on how to loosen it? BTW, the car is a '98 mirage 1.6L...

just done a major tune up ( oil and filter, air filter, spark plugs and wire, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure reg., distributor cap and rotor.

first when i start up the engine...it will idle very rough between 500-600rpm which it should be at 750rpm. the engine will not rev at all. air/fuel meter shows a lean mixture. it is...

Hi, I've tried to find a repair manual for a colt 1.5 1992, but havn't got any luck finding it, does anybody know if something like that exist for personal use? Any help is appreciated.

I have a colt 2.6L bakkie that uses the 4G54 motor. I have a serious problem with it as everytime it is cold, and u start it up it makes one hell of a racket. I have to let it idle for about 10 mins before the noise goes away. Can anyone help me here. Regards,

I have a '93 Eagle Summit, with the 1.5L and a 5 speed. I have had the SES light on for quite some time, and the car runs very rich, and stumbles and has random light misfires when cold, until it warms up. I'm thinking it's the 02 sensor, or maybe the mass air sensor went bad and the car richened up so much that it fouled my plugs and 02 sensor?

hey, im in melbourne australia and lancer is what we call the mitsubishi with the 4g15 engine in it. it is a 1.5L 12valve SOHC engine with MPI EFI.

now, i was wondering if anyone has or has seen this engine turbocharged or supercharged. also what needs to be done in order for it to run efficiently and with out blowing up or falling to pieces.
