Can the crankshaft seal on a 2002 4g94 be replaced without pulling the entire pump case off? Or is it replaced from the inside of the case?
I'm hoping to be able to replace the seal by removing the crank pulley, sprocket, belt ect. or does the oil pump case have to come off?
This is a perfect example why you should always replace any seals while you have access to them such as replacing the timing belt!
I took a short cut and it came back and bit me in the... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) well you get the idea!
