AutoZone gave me, free, an adapter that fits onto the wiper arm after you remove the old blade (2 screws to remove). The adapter fits over the arm and enables you to put a more conventional blade on it. Attach the adapter with two new screws that are a fraction longer to accommodate the thickness of the plastic adapter. They told me Toyota had a similar set-up and they kept the adapters to help customers. Adapter comes with a pin about 2 in long that slips into the adapter and enables a new blade assembly to fit onto it. I think it was a Bosh blade as they said it was the simplest one to attach, $12.
