Need all of your expertise view on the problem faced by my Pajero V46 4M40T recently.

1. Coolant tank overflow and coolant eject out if speeding above 120km/h. If city drive, no water refill for couples of weeks/months.
2. Engine in idle state, high pressure gas and oil vapour forcing it way out from the dip-stick pipe. No sign of dipstick flying out yet.

My local mechanic after knowing the above issues concludes that the head or head gasket and piston rings gone case. Will need full overhaul on the engine.

Part replaced: Water Pump (less than 500km), non-Mitsu Japanese 0.9psi cap (less than 5000km), non-Mitsu thermostat (less than 5000km), radiator flushing (less than 5000km), looping of heater hose, anti-rust/freeze chemical (less than 5000km) & viscous fan refill)

FYI, no water in oil and coolant color as clean as new.

Help to confirm before i proceed to suck the wallet dry.

Thanks.
