What is a rebuilt title? I mean what does it means? I just saw a title that says "This is a replacement certificate of title and may be subject to the rights of a person under the original certificate / rebuilt." Thank you for your help.

So far I've been able to DL two cams .. one german and one russian but both with english audio. Anyone else into NG's etc ?? The first one is lower quality but has the whole intro .. the second is better video but picks up with the first shop being destroyed. Gotta make some popcorn and shakes for family night and watch.
Just curious if anyone on here also uses usenet newsgroups etc.

ok so my sisters car likes to sputter alot and everything and is still under warrenty, so we took it to the dealer 11 times now!! and it still does it, and last night on the way home, the car was missfiring horribly, and we pulled over and restarted the engine and it ran fine, so we pull back on road and accelerates right up to 50 mph and just sits there, and the gas is all the way down, so we drive home like this and when i got home at 3 in the am this morning i put my code reader on it and i got all three of these......
p0300 random misfire
p0133 o2 circuit slow response (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
p2096 post catalyst fuel trim system to lean Bank 1
the dealer has replaced all kinds of sensors, dropped the fuel tank new fuel pump and filter everything.. so any ideas from you guys, taking it back to dealer again tomarrow...
oh and we have takin it to 3 different dealers now.

For top gear fans..
As you all know, they revealed the Stig in the 13th season's first episode ( last sunday ) as micheal schumacher. Do you really think thats him? or is it a stunt as alot of people are saying?
Even before they revealed him, i always suspected it was micheal schumacher... so them revealing that it was him made me think that it is really him.. what do you guys think?

This is in off topic because I feel it'll get viewed here...
Today I was driving a very large right curve (not braking), when I notice an increasingly loud ticking noise. Then I hear a clunking noise, and what sounds like a lugnut or some piece of metal hitting the ground and being left behind. I didn't see it behind the car.
Now there's a distinct, loud popping noise every time I hit a bump, and whenever I even TOUCH the brakes while in reverse, the front of the car shudders and rumbles violently, resulting with a metallic popping noise when I stop. My forward-moving braking is unaffected.
What the hell could be causing all this mischief, but no drivability conflicts!?
I'm convinced that a slide pin for the brake caliper came out...

I don't know if the officer was unable to show up today or if he was giving me a break... If it's the second option then God bless that officer for being kind.
I went to court today for my 45 in a 35 speeding and for having NY plates in TX too long. Both cases were dismissed because the officer did not show up.
Would have been my first and only ticket so far. Looks like I've "cheated death" and been given another chance. I'll use this one more wisely.

Finally decided to make a thread where all my ideas can be in one thread rather than many. To accommodate the need to complain about multiple eye-catching threads.
Part 1! I wanted you all to see this funny thing... Looking for a new exhaust for my car just so I can have one that doesn't leak...

So, as some of you know I put alot of money into my car last year after the engine blew and have been putting around in a hot pink Escort wagon in the meantime. Well anyhow, I managed to save up some more cash and decided to bite the bullet and send my car to a shop and let them figure out why I wasn't getting any spark.
To make a long story short I somehow managed to switch around the crank, and speed sensor, and on top of that switched the speed sensor with the coil harness! Even after I labeled everything during the breakdown. WTF? So when I bought a new ECM a while back I didn't actually need one, but since the wires were switched around my new one is fried (but still under warranty).
Lesson learned :The crank sensor, cam sensor, speed sensor, and coil plug (on 97 and up models), are EXACTLY the same plug. The leads are also long enough to get them mixed up.
Other lesson learned: When you're labeling connections don't go back to (1.) when you run out of single digit numbers. For this I should be slapped.
But once I get my new computer in I'll be driving around with the sun shining, sunroof open, music blarin', and rockin some shades once agian. So it's worth it in the end.

ok so i got pulled over tonight for "not yielding to a pedestrian" but i honestly think i shouldnt have gotten the ticket. i was at the intersection and i got the green arrow to turn. i turned and all of a sudden i get flashing lights behind me. he said that i didnt stop for that guy and he had the right away. first of all i didnt see him because it was dark and luckily i didnt hit him. i told the cop that it was the green light and the cross walk lights said do not walk and had the red hand to not go but he was crossing anyways. he didnt really answer my question but told me if i didnt think it was right i could fight it. i plan on it. i honestly think that it was my right away. i dont think pedestrians should have the right away if the sign says dont walk. here is a diagram to explain it a little better

So recently my friend told me about this website he is using to make a little extra cash on the side. He said he was making money by doing surveys. Sounds to good to be true but I had to try it. Who can pass up easy money? Turns out that its pretty legit. I googled it and theres people everywhere with pictures of the checks they had received. So I had started doing surveys and at first I felt it was way to slow, but my friend then showed me a few extra tips to make the process go so much faster! The site is
http://cashcrate.com/1298008 Sign up with your real information. They wont send you anything. They just want you to confirm your email and the address is so they send the check to the right place and the phone number is for the off chance that they need to call you for something.
Now when it comes to filling out surveys I recommend using an email you don't mind getting a lot of spam in. I created a new email just for this. And when you fill out surveys it's up to you whether you use your real info or not but I don't. I use info from an abandoned house that no one lives in. I will post a guide here soon to help the survey process go much faster but you can start whenever you want. Just mail me with questions if you have any and if you want some tips I can help you with that too.
Please don't write this off as a scam. I wouldn't do that to the people of this site or anyone of that matter. Everyone here is so helpful and I love coming to this site. Just give it a shot. You have nothing to loose.
You can honestly make 25 dollars with 4 hours (or less) of doing short surveys while you sit on your computer. Please mail me with questions. Thanks

Sold my computer over ebay. Shipped it out w/shipping insurance. Package was destroyed. The buyer didn't even attempt to file an insurance claim, instead he filed a dispute with paypal. Paypal sided with the buyer because "the integrity and condition of the item is the sole responsibility of the seller." Additionally, I cannot file an insurance claim, and "Paypal cannot force the buyer to file an insurance claim." Oh even better yet, when talking to the excutive director or customer service and I threatened legal action he stated "A courtisy call is not a prioty for paypal's resolution center." So... paypal doesn't even want the buyer to file an insurance claim. Great. Here's paypal's seller protection policy = Screw the seller.

Dude I had to make a new thread on this quote from you. I seriously LOL'd so fucking hard
QUOTE (Bohman731 @ May 4 2009, 02:06 PM)

ya just make sure you get new pistons and resistor caps. a turbo always needs new resistor caps. you should probably be looking into doing the conversion on the turbo where you can cool it with windshield washer fluid. totally worth it.
QUOTE (Bohman731 @ May 4 2009, 02:20 PM)

yeah and drain all the oil out of your car and put washer fluid in instead. you will gain atleast 100hp

So, as I have said many times, I go to a community college where every other Honda is riced. While it pains me to admit there are one or two nicely modded Civics, I saw the best of the worst today.
It was a black 5G Civic Coupe, slammed, with a fart cannon. Here's the catch. At first, I heard the murmur of an aftermarket exhaust. Then I smelled the guy. Then he left the parking lot and drove off with a loud "ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-click-click-ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" But as I said, I smelled him. I dunno what he did, but from 25ft, I could smell his exhaust fumes. It smelled much the way my car did when revved sans muffler.
I just thought I'd share.

I'm actually starting to become serious about it now, I notice I've been lazy or exhausted a lot lately, and it has been seeming increasingly harder to move quickly or comfortably lately... Also find it a little difficult to run fast. I even get exhausted playing the drums on the xbox now.
I've bought those stacker 3 pills (100 count) at CVS today and I took one after dinner... I don't feel hungry already like I would any other time. Anyway after that I did a nonstop power walk around 2 blocks and home. I plan on easing into a jog and eventually a run, just don't want to overdo it and throw up. Also I'm going to try to limit my soda intake, and drink powerade zero all the time now since it has sodium, potassium, and b vitamins.
I'm kind of embarrassed at myself because I let myself get pretty chunky over the winter... Time to fix it.
I'm going to eventually stop eating food from work too. I've heard the best thing for a good diet (one that doesn't kill your metabolism) is to eat healthy 5 days of the week, then have 2 days where you eat whatever you want (with moderation) to keep your metabolism healthy, so it doesn't adapt to low calorie intake and slow down.
Any advice from anyone here?

So I just went and watched fast and furious, it was a very good movie with the original cast and crew with paul walker and Vin diesel. In my opinion its the best out of the Series. I found out that Fast and furious takes place BEFORE Tokyo Drift because it has Hahn in it which is my favorite out of the crew. its nothing like The Fast and the Furious its more action/racing based. I think everyone here would enjoy it so go check it out!
