KarMART USA’S Big Event

KarMART would like to extend an open invitation to come and join us on August 22, 2009 from 9am-5pm


What: We will be hosting a variety of exciting things. Join us and 92.5 and 92.9 doing a live broadcast. We will be having a car show, bouncy house, free car washes, free vehicle inspections. Also joining us will be KarMART for Kids, our own charity, Burlington Fire Department and their smoke training house. We will be having a BBQ with a burger, chips and a soda for $1! There will also be raffle prizes given away every 15 minutes. Several local vendors will be on hand as well as the Volkswagen Driver Gear trailer loaded with goodies at GREAT prices!

When: August 22, 2009 from 9am-5pm. BBQ all day. Free car wash from 11:00-3:00. Free Vehicle inspections 11:00-3:00

Where: The event will take place at 1725 and 1751 Bouslog road, Burlington WA 98233. There is a HUGE lot surrounding our Volkswagen and Mitsubishi stores.

Just wanted to let everyone in the SoCal area know about the event coming up on June 20, 2009.
Sun Automobile will be sponsoring a drift event, called Dai's Driving Academy 2. For those that were at the first one you know how it will all go down. For those who don't, we will be having a drift day with instructors. If you want to work on your drifting or just want to get out on the track for a day, make sure you check out Dai's Driving Academy 2.

We will also be demonstrating the QuickAIR X Compressor and CO2 tanks that day for those that want to try it with air tools or fill up your tires for the track. Just stop by the Sun Automobile tent and we'll be glad to help you out.

Hey i have a eclipse '01 GT and i was driving on the road and it just went out of gear. I wanna know if the transmition went out our somthing else. See when it sliped out of gear the drive and neutrual indicators were blinking like the car new it had a problem i wanna know if that has somthing to do with it or transmition is out.

o i was thinking about putting on a dsm meet at Golden Gardens Park in seattle . Its pretty central, unless you live past oly....sorry!. Ive been to this park and i know the nismo guys have an event there every march with great success , its has alot of parking , bbq areas, fire pits on the sand, good veiws for photo shots , and alot of activity area, volly ball, basket ball etc. the date i was thinking on is june 8th first sunday of the month, this should offer great weather, its official... if any of you guys wanna help organize groupes in your area to gather for this it would be much helpful, thanks. i'm getting sick and tired of not having any gear head friends to work on cars with. my wife's in the military so right now i'm living in seaside california right next to laguna seca and monterey. i have a 2001 mitsu eclipse rs. with minimal mods on it right now. i'm looking to hit up some people who have experience in doing self modification. i'm not rich and i have a family so saving up is kind of hard to do, so i have to do all my mods myself. i don't care what your specialty is as long as you don't live more than a 100 miles from here i'm kool with it. i'd like to some day before i move out of here get to go out to laguna seca with a group of mitsu drivers on a discount run to drive around up there. soon after i leave cali i will be moving to japan so you can bet your **** i'm getting a J-spec motor possibly the skyline straight 6 because when i'm over there my wife is going to be banking the dough. anyways just looking for mitsu enthusiasts in or around seaside/monterey area. hit me up ok? If you've got sick days coming to you, make this Monday, February 25th one of them because Speed Ventures is at Laguna Seca. The weather looks perfect for a day at the track (dry with sun and clouds) and there are plenty of open spots. Of course, with our limited car counts, that means loads of wide open track. Register on the website (www.speedventures.com) by Sunday at noon or show up at the track Monday morning in time for our 8am drivers meeting.

Speed Ventures is hosting a few track days in the next few weeks and is
cutting deals with groups of 5 or more. If anyone wants to come as a group,
you can contact Speed Ventures. The events coming up are:
Willow Springs (Big Track) on January 26 & 27
Laguna Seca on February 2 & 3
Streets of Willow on February 8

Everyone is welcome. They have a beginner school and open track sessions.

In memory of one of Rally's greatest heros, we are holding a "candle light" vigil in honor of the noble Colin McRae and son whose lives were tragically taken away on 9/14.

hey everyone. i am working on getting a meet together for DSMs at seattle's Hot Import Nights on 8/4/07 (saturday)

i am a member of the ASEC group (avengers/sebrings) and i was working on getting this meet together with those guys. i want to get all the DSMs dodge and mistubishi alike i could to make this a rather big meet. so that means all DSM mistubishi, dodge avenger/sebring, the 3000gt/stealth and the srt4 guys. i also have some confirmed 3g eclipses from other forums and one srt4 guy so everyone is welcome to join. i even have a guy from canada and oregon interested. even if your not in the seattle area u can still make the trip. if we get enough people interested we can have a BBQ as well. i saw the VW GTG in smammish and there were some 300 cars there... it was nuts. so i would be cool to at least get a decent sized meet together.

the plan is to have it during the day in seattle (maybe in the expo center parking lot or the state park in Issaquah) we could hang out there for a bit and then go to Hot Import Nights. so if anyone would like to join us please post up and then when i have more finite details ill send out PMs

Does anyone know if there is any mention of another California get together?

Another meet would be pretty cool.

This is a shout-out to all my fellow DSMmers in the Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia area... Where is everyone at? I've been looking for some Knowledgeable DSMmers that know the 4g63t engine like the back of thier hand. I know it's getting a little cold now, and thats ok.. But I'd like to see how much of a community we have in our neck of the woods. So put on a sweaters and beanies and come out and play! Let me know if anyone wants to set a date for a gathering and show off your DSM. Bragging rights for all those that want it.

Speedline Motorsports will be setting up a meet on the 6th of January here starting at 8pm to have an indoor go-kart event. The more people we have the better discounts we can get. There's a spot here in Tacoma called Grand Prix and the karts are pretty decent. It's set up on a shiny slippery floor so you could actually drift around the corners. Right after that we we're planning to go to applebees here in the Lakewood Town Center. It'd be awesome to have some nissan/toyota/honda/mitsubishi; etc. guys/girls to show up.

So it'd be awesome if we have a good turn out. Please reply if you'll be attending.
