Im 29 and have a 1997 3000GTSL, my insurance is around 200 a month for full coverage....usually typical for rural areas...as far as a vehicle history report, hit up www.carfax.com...have fun with he car, it is fast and handles well but they are VERY PICKY CARS....once one thing goes wrong or is wrong the car wont drive/ride right, fix it....the right way.....dont dog the **** out of it either or youll be broke all the time or not have a ride...the front end is important, in my opinion the drivetrain is underbuilt and can eat up tires or break easily...eliminate wheelhop and make sure the motor mounts are good or it will literally tear the front end out of the car. Take care of it too it will hold its value and could possibly be worth more than you pay for it someday. :gunsmilie:

Im an 18 year old male in the city and all i have is liablilty on the car... i pay 205 a month but they told me after a while it should start to go down. if your son has good grades. sent in his report card and they give discounts. it really depends on what area you live in. im in a big city like philly so its a bit more. just depends on a few factors but i pay 205.... if that helps at all
