i just changed the alt, alt belt, fuel filter. and i still have the same issue

to re-iterate the problem i am having is that when the car is idle it idles weird, the rpm drops and hops a lil between 400 and 600 rpm. when you try to accel it chokes and acts like if its going to die out.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

also no codes come up when hooked up to OBD II.

Have you had your battery tested? Just an idea and its free.. Usually when an alternator goes out it puts a lot of stress on the battery and in some cases will not hold a charge. (happened on my 3kgt)

Ok guys sorry for being away for a whlie but finished the problem .... basically all it was , was a faulty fuel pump! apart from the iac valve that made the check engine light come on!
