Last thursday I went to the dealership to get some qoutes on a 09 Lancer GTS. Well after about 4 hours of negotiating I came out with a set price of basically the lowest they would go before I left with no deal. Anyways the next day I got the same price with more options at Max Madsen in Downers Grove and purchased the car there. Well today, a little over a week later I get a follow up call from South Holland asking if I am still interested. I said I already purchased because I got a better deal somewhere else. After a little bit of "yelling at me" they finalized the call by calling me an "****" and hanging up.

Now I had nothing bad to say about the dealership, but no longer will I EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. And I certainly won't be back. I think that is so rude and very unproffesional. I'm sorry that I even have to post something like this.

So stay away from them unless you like threatening phone calls.

Thats sounds like them!!!!! I'm suing the dealership for negligence, breach of contract & fraudulant business practice when they failed to pay, in a timely manner, (3 months) my trade in vehicle & was not willing to work with me to resolve the bad credit I received because of this.

Want a good laugh...... My lawsuits online......

Well my Fiance works across the street and from his friend that owns a dealership in town says they can't cover there cars there taking in..

They made a car payment on my vehicle I traded in before they paid it off.

Now I am trying to get my refund since I cancelled my extended warranty before they paid off the car... this is fun they paid off the lesser amount then agreed so they pocketed my money I was supposed to get back... ugh.

They claim they sent a check to Citifinancial my other lending company, they sent me the check stub showing it's cashed, yet Citifinancial has NO record of this and every day tells me to call back because it's unresolved... I'm so tired of dealing with this... I want to drive my car thru there show room floor and say here you stealing slobs.

I got pulled over this past weekend, the cop said it appeared I was driving a stolen vehicle because the idiots haven't transferred my old plates/registration yet to the new car.... My fiance calls them they say it's the Secretary of State.. funny how it's NEVER their fault.

I am getting married this weekend the 11th and do not have time for this headache B.S.

Sorry for the rant.

Congrats on the wedding......

Oct. 2nd I settled out of court for their sneaky bullshit....I got $1,700.00. Plus my credit is finally cleared....

You'd better check your credit report cuz I didnt realize, until it was too late, that they caused a deliquency. I was having a hard time getting a loan cuz of it! And...they pulled the same car title shit with me too!....I should have sued for $5,000.00! Sorry I didnt.

I would threaten them with a lawsuit....SHM knows they are breaking the law!!! (They will probally settle out of court and you will get some extra money for it).
I dont care if you bring up this blog with my name...Stephanie Balthis (they know my name from the court stuff). Better yet....Print out all the info that I have posted!!!! They will probally shit their pants....

Below are some articles I sent to their lawyers office as PROOF they are breaking the law.....

Hope it helps! Good Luck! Feel free to email me if you have any more stuff.

If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have crappy people to talk about. What you should all do is file for law suit at the same time, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then make them file for bankruptcy because of all the money. Haha that will teach them to mess with Mitsubishi lovers. :gunsmilie:
