2002 Diamante Thermostat Location

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 8-September 08 Member No.: 63,977 Status: Location: usa Drives: 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante	Hello All, I need to replace my thermostat on a 2002 Diamante, but I can't find it. I have the thermostat, but can't find where it goes. Can someone please help?

I found it. It is not at the neck of the TOP hose where they usually are, it is under the housing where the BOTTOM hose connects to the block. Kinda weird i think. This is the first one that I've ever seen in this location. Thanks for the reply. I changed it today. Eric
