Hi. I have just purchased a 2008 Endeavor SE FWD from the US and wanted to get my oil changed now that I am back in Canada. This morning I brought my vehicle to a garage specializing in oil changes and was told that there are no after market oil filters made for the 2008 Endeavor and that I would need to take it to a Mitsubishi dealer to either buy one or have the work performed. I was wondering if this in fact was true or if there is a filter out there that meets OEM specs that I could use. Thank-you very much for your help.

as far as i know the endeavor still uses the same filter as always.... the skinny 72 mitsu filter ...any aftermarket filter that fit the old one should still work.....
