I'm looking to install a key less entry/ remote start on an 02 Eclipse GS and was wondering what kind of bypass i would need because the key has a chip in it to tell the starter that its the right key. I looked on line for it and couldn't really get any answers. Also i would like some advice on which ones are the best(Key less Entry Systems) and if y'all have successfully installed them. Thanks

I have this issue with mine ... i bought a 09 model pager alarm from compustar ... the remote start portion i still haven't put in because its such a hassle. To date only certain people have found the bypass module ... and with that you have to take it to the mitsubishi dealership to get it program (dealer tool required) and those charge like 95$/hr ... then u have to take it back to the alarm installer and put it in. but otherwise i've had 0 problems with my compustar alarm system *knock on wood*
