Hi, Anybody installed these bulbs sold from eBay, so called Eurodezigns ?

BLUE XENON 8500K 9005 HEADLIGHTS 2008 LANCER

They state that the bulb is made into the USA.
Any opinion is more than welcome, I am about to purchase these bulbs.
