I have a 1992 VR4, I know iv seen pics of 3kgts, back when i was looking to buy one, where the headlights are on, but the flip up lights are still in the down position, causing the beam of light to come through the little lens in front of the flip ups. I think it looks awesome like that and i cant figure out how to get that to happen. How do i do it, and is it really supposed to happen or was it just some stupid mod that i saw?

well, this would make you drive unsafe.
the only way that I can think of doing it would be to remove the controll arm (the arm then moves them up and down) and then they would stay on and try to go up but wouldn't

again, 100% not safe or advised. but since you asked........

my thought would be to just disconnect the motors for the lights on each side of the car

have a play around, but dont forget how its supposed to go back together

yeah, my car came like that, i can turn on the headlight on but they just shine the light through the little lenses, they only pop up when i hit the little pop up switch, looks kindda cool, i don't know how the previous owner did that, because he hacked all of the electrical wires in the car, i'm trying to rewire the whole main harness right now.

you can also use a toggle switch, run 12v to the switch then feed the headlight, just remember to turn it off when not in use.
