Okay heres the basics ive went and got the HKS headers, Apexi Exhaust, Injen cold air intake, and coil pack with wire and platinum plugs. the car is running pretty good for the basic upgrades... but i was wanting to be differnt and upgrade my car without going turbo... so i was wanting to know what internal upgrades could i do. like for example port and polish job, cam's, new pulleys.. i want ideas like that but i want to here every part or upgrade i could do to the car with out going turbo. anything from internals to little tricks that gain power

It dont matter what you do to the car, Without going turbo its gonnas be weak and slow. Also internals are like crank shaft, pistons, rods ect.. And theres no point whatso ever in upgrading them unless you're turboing it.

your not gonna get very far without a turbo. there is a guy on 2gnt.com that got his NA to around 200hp without a turbo but it was just as expensive if not more. if you want power go for turbo. Thats what i did and im never lookin back

Did you notice any difference at all with the new header, exhaust, intake, and coil pack?

all those brand name parts are a WASTE of money for how much performance gain you get. ok so HKS headers are $300 obo apexi exhaust is $500 obo and a injen intake is $240 obo
so thats $1040 WASTED i did my turbo build for $1100 there is a guy on turboshack that did his for $800

dont waste your money

Depends. If you do it right, you will be fine. If you take shortcuts and/or don't know what you are doing, then it is gonna be bad.
