According to my book, All Starwagons with either a 4G64 or 63 have the 4.222 rear diff. From about 89 - on.

Model codes: P03WSNXR8 and P04WSNPR8

According to my book 1987 -1994 Express Starwagon final drive ratio given as 4.625
