My driver side headlight has repeatedly burned out, probably 5 times this year. I read where this could be a corrosion issue. I used some electrical cleaner (and let it dry), it still blows. I've used the bulb grease, it still blows.

Could the wiring be the issue? Fuse?

Total repair rookie. Where would the ground wire hook up to? 2002 Lancer.
