Matrix is a very cheap muffler. Probably sounds like shit.

For a nice sounding mufller on an N/A car, your best bet are the brands like Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Borla, etc... These are the ones that were around int eh muscle car era and know what they are doing as far as sound and performance go. If you are turbo, then there are some other REALLY nice companies out there -- like Apexi (The N1 is my all time favorite muffler for a turbo car), Tsudo, and Tanabe, but they sound absolutely HORRID on a N/A car.

For an N/A car, the BEST sounding muffler I have found--and I have gone through ALOT-- are the Magnaflow street series mufflers. They are resonated, so it bumps the decibla lvl down a bit, but still lets your motor breath much better than factory. With the factory exhaust and a magnaflow street series mufffler, your car will hbave a sound similar to the pur of a Porche. Wth a high-flow cat (Again, I reccomend the universal magnaflow cats, and bigger pipe (2.5" will suffice on an N/A motor), your car will have a nicely toned growl to it.

I have been meaning to get sound clips of my setup uploaded but:
1) I keep forgetting
and
2) I REALLY would like to get my richness fixed first
