stage turbo? huh?

but anyway, if you want performance data, look up in the pined topics, they have the specs in there....

and there are 2 different turbos for the viii. one for the 03-04, and the 05 basically got the same turbo, but with a 10.5 hotside, so it had a little more power up top, then the IX upgraded the compressor housing and wheel for even better performance.

All turbos have stages, depending on the psi they put out right. Im trying to find out how many pounds it puts out. that way i know if its a stage 3 turbo or what. Im thinking about upgrading the turbo but i don't know if i'll need to

manufacturers will have "staged kits" expecially mopar, but turbos go by the model, not by stage.

example
35R
30R
40R
16G
18G
20G

No stages.
