I brought these off ebay, they were a mitsy accessory when new for the GTO these are made from a pink clear plastic and they fitted into the rear quarterlight window and lit up when the the lights were switched on in green neon, these were damaged so I converted them to blue led.
I have also upgraded all my switches to blue leds

Cool man - careful - cops pulled over my son because he had blue lights on the the outside (replaced his orange marker lights on his lancer with blue leds).

That interior looks sweet. I would love to do the same thing. How much of a pain was it and was it expensive?

heres an old shot, indiglow white gauge kit brought this on GB on GTOUK, with the rest of the switches I installed the blue led's myself, cost was about $20 + my time its very fiddly and requires alot of patience as each switch has to be taken apart, I had to modify some inside to get them in the correct position as the leds are directional so after installing each one I had to tested them to make sure they were OK, with digital heater display I used an led adesive strip with an integrated resistor as in the shot one strip 3x leds, its alot of work due to taking everything apart, the the passenger door window switch is not illuminated so I put a strip behide the door panel to backlight it, the driver door switch was very difficult as it has a circuit board and you have to bend the led wires to fit, but after all that its looks fantastic at night, heres a write up I used as a general guide from a 3si member:
