My gf put a nice white (musta took off the plastic paint off) HAIRLINE scratch on my glove box from putting her pocket book by her legs and picking it up something metal musta got the plastic idk but anyway besides being pissed anyone have any suggestions. Its just a white line so im thinking anything will work here to make it less noticeable since the line is so thin. Anything to put on my finger and and just rub the line just to make the line darker anything would work here. And the scratch isnt that big but I noticed it. Another thing someone said was to heat up the plastic with a lighter and smooth out the line. That sounds ridiculous to me as anyone would say I dont feel like catching my car on my fire for something so small. My father suggested some turtle wax to buff it out? I dont think thats a good idea because youd be using the plastic from around the scratch to touch up the scratch thefore messing up around it the point is to make the scratch dark which will make it go away since its hairline. Any suggestions would be appreciated this is not the end of the world the scratch isnt the size of a whale but the interior of the car is dark and since the scratch is white it stands out.

You said there's a white mark on it. Of course, the white mark isn't from the car, but rather wat scratched the surface itself. Where exactly is the scratch? On the black surface of the glove box?
