OK guys, thanx for all the help, i changed the injetors seat seals, they are has as rock, replace injectors o-ring, the idle is stable but still idle high, so i took the FIAV out, put some JBWeld in it and block it off, EBay sell the block off plate for less then $20, but anyway, it idle very smooth, no boucing around, no surging, around 800rpm. timing at 5 degree BTDC. let you guys know in a week or so.
