the balance shaft is for your butt. by taken it out the

pros:

more oil pressure
no more jump timing belt
more hp
and lesser chance of the balance shaft failing

con:

more vibration is felt not made

the ugly:

installing it when the engine is still in the car Vs. out of car installing.

^yeah... cheap to buy a kit... but HUGE pain to install if the motor is still in the car.
