I don't know how many pounds of boost I'm running; I'm using the stock waste gate and gauges. I have run it to redline and haven't had any problems. A friend of mine that used to have the same car said it would run find as is, but I know a lot of folks have changed injectors, boos controllers, etc. What do you think?

i don't know how much is the stock boost for the 2G eclipse, shouldn't be more than 10psi, but my 91 with the after market gauge for stock boost is 7psi without the boost controller, but i'm running 12psi now with a mbc on stock 14b, stock injectors

I thought about getting a boost gauge, but that will probably be the beginning of the end of my checking account. First I put in a boost gauge, then I'll need a boost regulator, then new injectors, and so on, and so on. Cars are like crack, you know...

Ok... no, you are reading wrong. Stock boost is 15psi, and if you do the BCS restrictor mod, you can get 18psi.

8-10 psi is what the non-turbo guys run when they do a turbo conversion on a stock block.

I was asking to see how it runs have you seen your fuel cut with that turbo cause with stock injectors you should I am right now running the same turbo and my fuel cuts at full boost

You shouldn't be running full boost without injectors! 10-12 psi at the most until you re-wire and get injectors, your going to hurt your car.

+1 stock boost is roughly 14.5-15 psi on the t-25. and the bcs mod level is about right as well. mine isn't quite at 18 though, it wont hold there but for about a second then go down to around 16.5-17

as for the 1g cars, dont quote me, but i think thy are 12? or 11.5 or something like that. i know the t-25 was smaller, but it ran higher boost

Actually... I believe the stock 1g boost is about the same as the 2g... the 14b is capable of holding higher boost to redline because it is slightly bigger. The t-25 (as well as the head) on the 2g is smaller to facilitate faster spool times, but it doesn't have as much power up top.

I think the T-25 is only good for stock to around 250hp. Your right though its for faster spools and gave less turbo lag
