OK SO my boost meteer wont work or boost control like wats wrong with it ?

you mean the stock boost gauge crapped out ? you can replace it with an aftermarket gauge, the stock gauge is not that precise anyway.

i mean it went out its a after market one can it be that the wiring is bad ? its a gready one

electric or vaccum operated?

the vaccum one should still work even without power, so you would have to make sure you don't have a hole in your hose somewhere.

The electric one could be either it's not getting power, OR the vaccum hose that goes to the sending unit has a hole or disconnected, OR the wires that go to the sending unit are shorted out somewhere.
