Well it has to be the wires.. Because it wouldn't start at all today and then me and my friend redid the negative cables into the clamp on the battery terminal connector and cleaned the posts of the battery with the wire brush and started right up... So im gonna replace both the negative and positive wires.

oh, in that case your having terminal volt drop. ya replacing the corroded wires should fix the problem.

Well now im thinking its something else... Its like once the cars warm it doesn't want to start.... Started it right up this morning..... When its cold it starts no problem but when its warm/hot it just cranks over and wont start... My back hurts like hell from push starting it myself (its gotta be funny watching me push the car from the door and hop in and pop the clutch it second lol).

Any Ideas..... My back can't last to keep push starting it..

Im still thinking its the starter solenoid and or the starter itself. Its possible just the relay from the battery to the solenoid... that would save u some money. I think you just need to give in and take it to a shop bud.

I just took it into the shop like 2 months ago shouldn't need to take it again....

Yesterday I drove about 25 miles and then it started jerking a couple times like it used to and finally stalled.... Im wondering if its a faulty distributor.... The distributor was extremely hot when I popped the hood. Im not sure if the distributor is supposed to get that hot or not....

Maybe the coils are bad in the distributor? I am so stumped and getting sick of putting money into this pos. Owned it for like 9 months and haven't even gotten 2,000 miles out of it.

Most non reliable car I have ever owned in my life...

Well heres an update:

Cars running good... (For now), but I am hearing it sounds like a bad bearing inside of the new (rebuilt) distributor I just replaced the other day.

Autozone called me asked me if I could call them and tell them how the distributor swap out went, thinking of calling them and telling them it was the problem but now im hearing a sound coming from the distributor which sounds like a bad bearing...

I don't know too, too much about the internals of a distrubtor aside fromt eh fact that there is a coil in there, but I was unaware of a bearing. What is the function of this "bearing"?

I'm not sure if there is one... It just sounds like a bad bearing... just thought there was one there because it spins... like a wheel bearing...
