hey just wondering how 2 adjust my fan belts floored the car really hard this morning.
now one of the belts is slipping and making a squeking noise any tiips on how 2 fix this up?

this is a V6 right

the belts need to be replaced with new ones

some people use wd 40 on them .....dont know if that works

I think the belt has an idler pully on it you slacken
the adjuster bolt of that idler pully to get the belt off

dad says this could be a oil pump issue.
says it sounds like bearings and now oil is leaking on the ground 2.

power steering pump hose leak? power steering pump leaking on the belt?

doesnt really look like power steering fulid 2 me more like oil.
all belts seem to be pretty good.
this really teachs me a leason dont floor the hell out of it or it will break.
maybe its had work done on it sounds like more like a v8.
