Hey Everyone i have an 08 Lancer GTS loaded and my wife has an 08 Outlander Loaded V6. I am writing this here cus the systems are pretty much the same from what i have seen and i hope someone else has seen this. All of the dome lights do not work at night, ONLY at night. During the day it's fine. I am not sure what is up. I am to lazy to bring it to mitsubishi so i hope someone here knows or has an idea what is up.

LOL. To be honest, that doesnt even make sence? friggin cars eh. well considering our dome lights have the option to manually turn it on or off. The dome lights should come on every time you open your doors, no matter day or night. Now the only thing i can think of would be when u turn ur driving lights on(highs/lows) It may be shorting something out, or cutting power, if thats the case. Otherwise, the only thing i know about interior lights is that when your dome/interior night lights are out. Your curtsy lights go out as well as they are usually on the same fuse in the fuse panel. Thats how ur supposed to know when u don't have marker/brake lights when ur inside ur car.

At night time your autonight lights come on, so maybe thats triggering something. I have no idea how to fix that, but that would be the cause, from what you have explained.
