After much procrastination due to my lack of a job + my mom worrying about my car being to "ghetto". I just went ahead and plasti-dipped my grille, and painted the emblem on it black. Here are some pics:

After i finished plasti-dipping:

What it looked like on my car:

Started painting the logo:

Plasti-dipped grille + painted logo:

End Result (gonna take a better pic tomorrow morning):

In your guys opinion, how do you think the emblem would look if there was a smaller red diamond inside the black ones? Or should it just stay black?

Looks slick. With a black car, my opinion would be to leave it black. Looks like a stealth car, haha. Can't wait to see what else you decide to do.

Regards.

This weekend, i plan on trying out the nightshade paint to tint my tail lights, and im thinkin of painting my stock rims black so that it matches my car (dont have the cash for new rims) and i would paint the badges on the back of my car black as well.

Gonna look good hopefully

Looks damn good with that darker black paint on the emblem. If you painted your windows black, that would be really kewl! definitely a stealth car at that point (jk)
Plasti-dip seems to solve all problems, a few cans and you can have black rims as well. The world is awesome.

Was gonna use normal black spray paint, that way it gives it a shine not a matte look. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)

Looks good. Leave the mitsu emblem black, or eliminate it all together. (I have the rrm fiberglass grill which eliminates it). I think the black is better than chrome or red.

btw - relocate that license plate too.
