There are friendly nice people running the russian pajero club forum. You should get registered in this forum and kindly ask them for the password, to download manuals. Ask Roman (president of the club)

I'm sure they are.... however it would be much easier for me to register & participate on their forum if I could read russian.

Do you know of an effective (i.e. easy to use) online translator for their site? I know during the registration there was a selection for english or russian & I chose english but unfortunately everything is still in russian. :(

Sorry, for delay. I don't use this site too often, prefering the russian site - easier for me, and much more information. But I don't think you can find many information there about 1990 models.

Thanks for that. As you have said the info is quite basic but it is better than nothing if you can't access the Russian site. Hopefully we can build a set of manuals in this sticky for all to use.

Just an update to the Service manual requests.

The Russian site is back and you can find much of the required information in there.

In an attempt to keep this information available I have made a request to our administration to keep an electronic set of these manuals on our server which should give us better and more reliable access. One of our memebers has downloaded all the info and has offered to upload for us. There are a couple of issues regarding access and copyright laws which I am trying to sort out.

If anyone has any comments or suggestions I would be happy to hear them.

Jim

Great! The gen III manuals (2001) are now available.

So much info. So many questions that can now be answered. So many things to inspect and possibly repair or modify.

I love my Monty.

Hi everyone, I have a 1992 pajero v6. All i am looking for is an owners manual so i can work out what to do going in and out of 4wd selection. I dont know if this has to be done at certain speeds or if like the old ones you have to reverse to unlock the hubs. Thanks in advance. A complete newbie to 4wd. :blush-anim-cl: :blush-anim-cl: :blush-anim-cl: :blush-anim-cl:
