what do you guys think. this kid i know has a 2001 eclipse gt BONE STOCK. and automatic. i have a 97 eclipse gs with an AEM CAI and i'm a 5 speed. he has been wanting to race me since i've gotten my car. i think i can take him but he doesn't wanna race for fun he wants to go for like 500

umm....you better keep that $500 in your pocket b/c you will lose. i don't know where you came up with the idea that you had even a chance of beating him. he is putting down 150-160whp....you are putting down somewhere around 115whp. thats a huge difference.

yeah i guess your right. i'll just wait until the sping when i do a motor rebuild and get the hahn kit.

lol i think i'll try and up it to a grand or so lol let him pay for part of my turbo kit. i mean the kid has a nice car but he thinks it will dust anything on the road
