I'm trying to get the window winder off my L300 and don't really want to wreck it doing so, so does anyone know if it just pops off or is screwed on? If screwed on, I'm guessing the screw is under the padding so that will need to be prised off?

There nis a horse shoe shaped clip holding it on. You can push it out with a small screwdriver if you're careful, otherwise buy the tool.
