i want to have aither faster engine or smae one but newer. Alright anweare me this when i get a turbo charger for my car what kind a modification do i have to do to ensure my car wont backfire.

if the car is tuned correctly, then it won't backfire. backfiring is usually caused by the engine running rich.

How much should the turbo kit cost me and the engine Tune up



Dont mean to change the subject.


"Im sorry if i keep changing the topics but one more thing i got a short ram intake that i got from Ebay and i see no differens and i hear no differens Wth i dont get it maybe its because i got a v6 that i dont hear the intake. But if anyone know whats the problem please tell me.Or It could be the product which cost me around 24$ the intake maybe i got rip off."

the turbo kit will cost you roughly $5000. an engine build can run you anywhere from $2000 to $10000 depending on the amount of HP you are shooting for.

your first problem?......you got it from Ebay. could you take a picture of your engine bay with the intake on?

j/k.....you got the normal crappy ebay intake. like the saying goes..."You get what you pay for." don't expect to get any gains out of a part that cost $25.

Yea, I bought a crappy intake off ebay. It didn't even fit. The rubber couplers didn't even fit on the intake tube that was provided.

In the end I bought a K&N Intake for a lot more, but it was a quality piece of work.

Also, I don't know if it's just the picture, but the air filter looks pretty small. You may not be seeing any extra gains in power because the air filter isn't able to draw enough air in.

Just me two cents.

and for the msot horepower, make sure its a CAI, although it can casue problems i think in the winter.

it won't cause problems unless you decide to go snorkling with your eclipse. other than that, there are no possible problems.
