Alright so the decision has been made for the Columbia sector of Club3g to arrange a meet for everyone in the STL, KC, Springfield areas as well as anyone else that wants to come from other areas of the south central or great lakes region. My personal Goal, is to see 20 cars at this meet.

Activities: Lunch at Southside Pizza (really good I promise), Photoshoot, a Carwash is across the street if anyone doesn't feel like washing, traveling, and rewashing highway dust and dirt, and anything else anyone wants to do. It is a decent sized parking lot, and the banquet hall next door is rarely open so we should have plenty of space to line up parking

We have a very large Bass Pro shop, as well as plenty of shopping ( for the significant others that are brought along) and plenty of good restaurants for the evening, I can compile a list of them all if anyone wants to know for dinner, we have some mini-golf, 1 place for go-karts, movie theatres, frozen custard places, roller rink...  , bowling, paintball.

I'd like to start things at Noon at the latest, so anyone coming from out of state may need to come the night b4, in that case we can arrange a pre-meet meeting of sorts

Prolly not any street racing gunna be happenin' so no fun, maybe next year or later we can run up to the new track in moberly though

There is a local awd/2wd dyno in town in case anyone is interested as well, parking is somewhat limited there and should be around 80$ for 3 runs w/o a/f setup, and more for tuning etc.

Attention Attendees and Possible Attendees

So this is getting to the point where, using this thread, not everyone will be able to keep up with revisions to the meet, as well as schedule changes, and possible caravans from whereever they are coming. I would like to start an e-mail database so that I can keep in touch with some of you more easily. This includes for new attendees, It would be much easier to send e-mails if something pertaining to you changes. I can do this as a site admin on this site, if it is in your profile that you'll allow me to. I'll attempt to get ahold of those on the list that I need more info on. For everyone posting up this thread on other sites,... uhem uhem buckethead has it going on... post up the link to the club3g thread since it is the most frequently updated.
Need Information
If i can get a complete list on a database, this would be much much easier. Things I would need is the area your coming from, The car you drive, first name, as well as if you will be attending the night-before, and if you need more information on hotels (if there are enough of you i can work on getting a group-rate possibly). I'll try to send updates every one to two weeks.

Also, for foods everyone would like at the meet. Please post up if you want a specific food at the meet, as well as any foods or supplies you would volunteer to bring. From this list and guestimations of what each person would eat, I can compile a shopping list and a head-price for each person coming to the meet that will be bar-be-cueing with us. I dislike skimping on buying cheaper foods (like cheap cheese, hotdogs, and beef suck). If you volunteer to bring something and can't please let us know so that we can compensate, no hard feelings, I just don't want people going hungry. I get cranky when i'm hungry. 

Also please post up any activities anyone would like to do while they are here. We're already planning on a cruise (i'd like to kno how far people are willing to cruise since many people have been on the road for a while already), Bar-be-cue, photoshoot, Regional meeting (eh, kinda).

We have the possibility of doing a dyno-days specialty if anyone would like participate, i'm sure i could negotiate a 50-60$ a head rate for 3 runs.

"Ya. That is no problem. Usually I do $50 per car for 3 base hp/tq runs. $10 extra for Air/Fuel. That is for 10 or more cars. Just let me know. If it is raining, can't do it, other than that, it should be good.

chris at tint pro-"That sounds great. I will do whatever I can to help out. I am still new to tunig, I am not afraid of tuning anything with the dyno. Some of the programs I have never used specifically, but they are all common. I took EFI 101 and graduated, tuned my own car with the Turbo XS U-Tech, and have done many SAFC's. The dyno reads in real time, so if I see it getting lean, or something else is abnormal, I can let off right away without hurting anything. If anyone has a stand alone, AEM or Autronic etc. I can do those too. With those, I can tune not only for WOT, but for normal driveability too, it will just cost more, time consuming! I don't claim to know everything, nor do I know everything, As long as everyone is pretty cool and patient, it won't be a problem. I am very easy going.
Tuning prices would run $100 an hour for SAFC, E-Manage, etc.
For stand alones and piggy backs with Laptop use would be $125 and hour
Everyone's vehicle must be in good running condition also. No boost leaks, coolant leaks, oil leaks, exhaust manifold leaks. etc. I can only tune as long as the normal parts are working.
If you need anything else, just let me know.
I could tint all the 3g's for $160
That back window is a pain in da butt.
Any Spiders would be $130
