I just noticed that my red hazard light switch and console gear selector do not light up at night when the headlights are on, are they supposed to? Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, neverthless:

Nope. They don't light up. You can see what gear you've chosen on dashboard to the right of the tach (I'm assuming you're driving an automatic).

Can't figure out why the hazard button doesn't have a soft glow to while driving at night, though. Seems to me that's more important than the stupid passenger airbag warning that's always on when there's no passenger (yes I know what it's for, I just don't like it...)

Thanks for the reply, it was helpful. My hazard light switch doesn't light up at night and I couldn't remember if it ever did it the past. There seems to be a small LED inside instead of a bulb. The dealer wants $40 to replace the entire assembly as a whole. The switch works fine, just doesn't light up. Thanks again.
